After failing with another company that came out three times in one month for a German cockroach infestation, we decided to go with Bio Unit Control and have managed to eradicate it. First, I must highlight the incredibly kind telephone support from Laura, who was patient, listened attentively, and offered explanations (the complete opposite of the other company's stinginess and lack of service). Secondly, Raúl dedicated all the necessary time, which was considerable, to diagnose the problem. He gave us specific instructions on how to seal the identified entry point and treated areas the other company hadn't addressed with gel. Thanks to the time he spent moving the dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., his guidance, and the treatment, we stopped seeing cockroaches in just two weeks, and they haven't been seen since. Without a doubt, highly recommended.

I'm only giving them 5 stars because it won't let me give more; otherwise, I'd give them the entire universe. I detected the presence of bed bugs in a room, though I couldn't see them clearly. After considering other companies, since it was our first time in this situation and it was completely new to us, I contacted them. Raúl knew right away where these unpleasant bugs were, after I had looked and looked without finding them and wasted money on drugstore products that did absolutely nothing. They immediately got to work tackling the problem. We noticed it had worked after the first treatment, but for added peace of mind, they do two follow-up treatments and continue to monitor the situation to ensure it's completely resolved. They are with you every step of the way, even via WhatsApp. Laura answered all my questions and helped me instantly, as the situation overwhelmed me at times. I give them a 10/10 for both their telephone service and their technician Raúl. I had a rodent in the kitchen, and he found the hole it was coming from and solved the problem spectacularly. Besides being kind (Raúl), he was clean and polite. And even after sealing the hole, he left me traps just in case. He'll be checking back in a few days to see if it's returned. They're not the typical company that solves the problem (if they even do) and then leaves. I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you!!!!
