The answering machine is the worst I've ever seen; it doesn't understand anything and just hangs up on you. And this is after having a contract and paying a lot of money.
I had an excellent experience. From the first contact, they were professional and prompt, and the service was very efficient. I especially want to highlight Guillermo Sánchez-Seco, who was fantastic: attentive, resourceful, and very kind at all times. Thank you so much for everything! Note to the Personnel or HR Department: Yesterday, February 13, 2025, I had a minor traffic incident with one of your employees and a vehicle with license plate 2910-LXR. "BEWARE OF THE STAFF YOU HIRE. I'M AFRAID TO HAVE THEM IN MY HOUSE DOING WORK." The worst part is that he fled the scene, and I had to chase him through the streets of Madrid. I finally managed to stop him. If he acted this way after such a minor traffic incident, I don't even want to think about how he might behave when working in a private home, with small valuables around him. ZERO SECURITY.
I have contacted Rentokil, Spain twice through their web site requesting contact ans survey about a pest problem. Twice I have had an automated response saying they would contact me shortly. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. A waste of time comoany. NO STARS if I could
