Bad experience. They were polite, quick, and professional. However, in my opinion, excessively expensive. They replaced a faucet and two stop valves. The faucet cost €80 in the store, and the stop valves €15 each. They charged me €150 for the faucet and €180 for the two stop valves. That's a stop valve that costs €10 at most, so they charged me €90 for each one... The difference is due to labor and materials. The total came to €380. It was my fault for accepting a quote they didn't even show me. On top of that, they told me I was lucky because they had given me a discount. If you're looking for a quick and professional solution, they're a great option if you're not worried about the cost, because they'll fleece you without any remorse or scruples. Thank goodness these wonderful reviews can't be deleted because I'm not saying anything that isn't true. Be very careful!
