From the moment I called them for the first time, they were clear, gave me good advice, warned me of what they might encounter and alternative solutions, etc. I even asked for a second opinion on their initial proposal and decided to return to them. They completed the work, day, time, and duration as planned. I did everything remotely as it was a rented apartment. The problem solved was old pipes with barely any water flow, which ultimately required, as they had already warned, redoing sections on the outside. Minimal final impact. Clean and polished work.
