I highly recommend this service! The insurance policy was arranged incredibly fast. Thanks to the help of the manager, Diana, it took just a couple of hours from my initial request to receiving the final insurance policy — which is amazing, considering I had spent a whole week before that trying to get assistance from other companies who never responded. Diana was extremely polite, explained all the important details, and made sure I was fully informed about everything. I’m very satisfied with the service!
It’s a very questionable strategy to include a clause stating that if you don’t give notice at least 30 days before the end of the agreement, you’re automatically locked in for another year. To make it worse, the company only reaches out for payment after the deadline has passed. That feels extremely convenient for them and deeply unfair to the customer. Honestly, I feel scammed by this approach—it’s a poor reflection on the company’s values
