Very poor experience with this agency—by far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with.<br><br>When we arrived, the apartment was not clean, and the towels and bed sheets we had paid for were missing. We had to wait several days before finally receiving them. On top of that, we encountered numerous issues throughout our stay: only hot water for several weeks, multiple broken lights, an unusable sofa, broken chairs, a damaged wardrobe, a faulty power outlet, a TV remote that did not work, a broken vacuum cleaner, and a heating/air conditioning unit that regularly stopped working.<br><br>Despite dozens of phone calls and messages over several months, we were mostly ignored. Someone eventually came to inspect the apartment and take pictures, but nothing was ever repaired. The agency rarely responded to our requests and seemed to contact us only when they wanted to complain about our electricity consumption or alleged complaints from the neighbors.<br><br>The customer service is practically non-existent, and the follow-up with tenants is terrible. To make matters even worse, after everything we went through, we had to wait 8 months to finally receive our security deposit back, without any valid explanation.<br><br>I absolutely do not recommend this agency. If you’re looking for a reliable rental company with decent customer service, stay away.

Es la primera vez que alquilo con Cherry Host, pero sin duda volveré a hacerlo. Fue un proceso bastante sencillo, además Daniela me ayudó en todo momento. La habitación estaba bastante limpia y en buen estado.
