A very great experience with Penelope who was very professional, the process was easy and quick. I do recommend it !!
I don't normally write reviews, but this one is a must. I've been having such an amazing experience with Madrid Urban Properties that I couldn't skip the opportunity to share it. They have attended to all my needs professionally and promptly. Everything was well organised from the moment I moved in. I'm quite picky as a person, so I'm very confident in recommending them. 5 stars for me! Barbara
Penelope is exceptional to work with! She was very kind, responsive, and accommodating as a landlord. Made certain we felt welcome, provided everything we needed, answered all questions. Lovely!
I have nothing but praise for Penelope’s professional and knowledgable assistance. Her company made the house buying process easy. I have lived and bought houses in many countries and know the challenge finding reputable property companies, but this was by far the best buying experience yet. Penelope went out of her way to make to make the process went as smooth as possible and all documents were properly explained and correct. If l buy rent or sell in future, I will defiantly use Madrid Urban Properties as my first choice. Thanks again Penelope. You and your team are head and shoulders above the other agents. Ten stars!
