I was in a rush and had to do some chasing but the Tasadora was super lovely (Elena) and she organised a Saturday visit outside of her working hours. Received final verdict on Tuesday.
Truly excellent service—professionalism and speed exceeded expectations
The most unexperienced tasadors in market. They lie on their reports, in my case they show a house in market study as 255k, but that exact house is actually for sale for 300k and they don't even discount 1€. So how come you can lie in your report that easy? The m2 price in my case varies between 1800-2300€ but they calculate as 1550€/m2, the house is fully renovated with top wuality materials. You're just stealing money, and seeving for banks, you're faar away from being transparent and fair. Stay away from this company. Pay 50€ more and get service from somewhere else, otherwise you burn your 350€, because they don't know how to make tasacion at all. (I have already sent you an email with all details and you didn't even bother to answer me, and now you're telling me I wish I wrote you, everything you do is inconsistent, read your emails first)

Very pleased with the whole experience. I submitted the request on a Friday, on Monday the appraiser came to view the house and on Tuesday I received all the documents. All for a very reasonable price.
