The Marow survey that we received was exceptional in its level of detail to a level that I have not seen previously in any past house purchases. Great service. Martin produced a very helpful and thorough survey report on a house we were buying in Valencia Province. Ahead of potentially making a house purchase in Valencia I engaged Martin to undertake a full survey of the property - a large finca around 150 years old. A property such as this has many potential challenges, some structural and others addressable with good advice.<br>Martin's comprehensive report (and following discussions) provided the detail required to come to an informed decision.<br>The 50+ page report covered detailed (with photos) observations inside & outside itemising points to address. Helpfully these points were identified in 'priority of urgency'. A page was also dedicated to notes relevant to legal advisors for the property purchase.<br>Martin was also able to provide insight into best approaches - not only to address issues but also to maximise opportunities (feasibility of layout changes, suitable materials for the climate etc).<br>The report helped us assess the value of the house in discussion with agents, understand the remit for building work (and therefore costs), and qualify the vision we have to improve the property.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Marow Chartered Surveyors.
