My experience was very good, and I found Claudio to be extremely proactive throughout the process. Professional service - would recommend. We used Villa on the purchase of a new build apartment in Malaga and they handled the discussions with booking the visit with the developers rep and agreed on each of the snags. This led to all the issues being solved quickly without any fighting with the developer... my neighbours who did not get a professional report both didn't find issues until it was too late to report them, and had to do all the admin work. This was a good investment,

Stan provided a brilliant service. He kindly fitted in the survey at short notice on a Saturday. The report was exactly what I wanted as Stan clearly had an eye for the detail but summarised his findings in a way that was quick and easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
