Eager to continue my search, I requested to be connected with a sales representative to discuss my requirements and potentially establish a long-term relationship for this significant investment. However, I was surprised when the agent reported back that the sales team had no apartments matching my criteria. This interaction falls short of the professional standard I expect from a reputable real estate agency. It's concerning that there was no attempt to understand my needs further or offer alternatives. This experience has certainly impacted my willingness to consider your agency for my investment project. I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention, as it may indicate a need to review your customer service protocols and communication between departments. A more proactive and customer-focused approach could greatly improve the experience for potential clients like myself.
