Estoy muy decepcionada con mi experiencia con Barnes.<br><br>Mi vivienda fue publicada en línea sin mi consentimiento y con un precio erróneo, lo cual es especialmente perjudicial en el contexto de una venta inmobiliaria, ya que puede afectar directamente a la percepción del inmueble en el mercado.<br>Lo más preocupante ha sido la ausencia de disculpas o de asunción de responsabilidad tras este error.<br>Esperaba un nivel de rigor y profesionalidad mucho más alto acorde con el posicionamiento de la agencia.<br>No lo recomiendo.
Contraté a Barnes para vender mi piso en Madrid, ubicado en el barrio de Salamanca, y recomiendo totalmente sus servicios. Estoy muy contenta con Lou: todo el proceso fue muy fácil y ágil desde el principio. Organizaron las fotos y el vídeo con mucha rapidez y profesionalidad, y el piso se vendió en menos tiempo del que tenía previsto. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva.
So disappointing and unprofessional ,this agency took our money and did’t find us an appartement.<br>Also they lied to us about the charges of the appartement that we liked.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!BEWARE they rush you to pay the reservation deposit and lie to you that it will be reimbursed if the contract is not signed.We worked with Kika and she lied to us that if we don’t agree on the contract they will reimburse us .The contract that they proposed was ridiculous-we were supposed to pay all charges without knowing what kind of charges and the charges were 3 times more than what they told us .After the problem we tried to contact by phone 5 times the responsible of the Barnes Madrid to explain the situation ,he did not call back and did’t care about the clients.So unprofessional ,we will sue them now for the reservation deposit that they don’t want to return.We will also make a complain in the main office of Barnes International.
This agency listed my apartment without my authorization and at a lower price than agreed. I did not even receive a phone call of apology. I strongly recommend property owners carefully check any mandate before entrusting their property.<br><br>Esta agencia publicó mi apartamento sin mi autorización y con un precio inferior al acordado. Ni siquiera recibí una llamada para disculparse. Recomiendo a los propietarios verificar cuidadosamente cualquier mandato antes de confiar su propiedad.
Les dejé la venta de mi casa en sus manos, solo puedo tener palabras de agradecimiento hacia todo el personal, especialmente a Lautaro Bianchi, excepcional profesional y mejor persona. Eternamente agradecido y si queréis vender o comprar alguna propiedad no tengáis la menor duda, BARNES MADRID es el mejor sitio.
