One of the best companies for apartment rent out there. I had this year a bad experience renting an apartment and even lost money doing so. After that was really hard to trust any companies. Specially because many of them seem to do everything so complicated. BSG Real Estate took my attention on the way they treated me. Any questions you have, they are always ready to help. They help you take care of every step with no bureaucracy. Cristian from BSG was so friendly and helpful that he came 10pm to give me the keys and show us the apartment after our plane arrived. We had a lot of luggage’s since we were moving from another country and he even asked to help us with them. 100% trustworthy. I recommend to anyone as I would choose to rent with them again next time.

I have lived in Spain for over 2 years now and I have never heard of or could have imagined a better service than Duomo Inmobiliaria offered! My first time signing a contract in Spain, I paid for the “Agency” fee after finding the apartment on idealista and the agent did nothing but take signatures and hand over a key. As a foreigner, it was so vital that I find a place I feel comfortable in and also supported and Duomo Inmobiliaria provided me with that. Teresa was an absolute STAR. Not only was she perfectly bilingual, but she helped translate documents for me, she set up my appointment with the electrical company, requested it be in English, and highlighted the exact information they would be requesting over the phone call. In addition, she also provided serval resources and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend their company to anyone! 🙌🏻

Teresa, Borja, and Christian at this company were the most helpful and understanding professionals I have ever encountered in the housing world. They worked us with through all of our random questions and blind spots in the process and were understanding when we hit roadblocks. They have great multilingual abilities and go above and beyond. Very friendly staff provides a great service in finding you the best possible apartments in Madrid. Teresa in the office is very nice and offers to help with any problems with your apartment. That being said we haven't had many problems yet, so that's a testament to the professionalism of Duomo Inmobiliaria. I would recommend this lettings agent to anyone looking for a place in Madrid.
