Christian and Edurne have guided me with great professionalism and dedication. They possess in-depth knowledge of the Madrid retail real estate market, with a level of detail that inspires confidence. Beyond identifying opportunities, they have a profound understanding of my objectives and business constraints, resulting in exceptionally accurate recommendations. It's a pleasure to work with such reliable, meticulous, and committed professionals. Highly recommended.
We had a amazing experience with a short-term/monthly furnished apartment rental from Prime Real Estate. Christian is a wonderful, landlord, host, and person and the property was immaculate and extremely well furnished and outfitted with everything we could need to make for an easy and very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend working with Christian and his company!
The service and support I received were outstanding. Thanks to them, I found the investment property I wanted, and they guided me through the entire purchase process, from the initial consultation to the notary and then throughout the renovation, setup, and rental process. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations, adapting to my needs every step of the way, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
We decided to sell my parents' apartment, and I was worried, but meeting Alexandra was a great find. From day one until we paid the capital gains tax, she was by our side, taking care of everything, and all in record time. If anyone wants to sell or buy a property, I will definitely recommend her. Thank you, Alexandra, for being there for us. I can only say that she is a true professional! Maria
We are incredibly grateful to Alexandra for her work, patience, and kindness. Her help was key in defining our search areas, even suggesting options we hadn't considered, such as the area where we ultimately made the purchase. Her extensive market knowledge, along with her management of viewings and her work in negotiations, were essential to completing our home purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again; she is a true professional and a wonderful person.
