I moved to Madrid as a student in 2020 and needed a place to rent long-term. That’s when I discovered Terra Homes after seeing a beautiful apartment in Barrio de Salamanca. From the very beginning, Georg (the owner) was incredibly welcoming and personally helped me through the process. He was easy to work with, attentive, and always made my comfort the priority. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. Terra Homes provided a free weekly cleaning service for three years, and they even arranged professional carpet cleaning at no extra cost. Any small issues, like changing lightbulbs or minor repairs, were handled quickly and free of charge. My experience was outstanding, and I cannot recommend Terra Homes highly enough!
The person in charge of our house is Javier, who is really patient and very nice. We were lucky when we found him on idealista at the very beginning. We signed the contract in his company office, which was very formal, which made me not worry. He also helped us carry 5 very heavy luggages to upstairs and no any complaints , I really appreciate the service, and he kept telling me to contact him if need help, such a good company, and such a reliable and nice person,it’s fantastic!!!
