We worked with Margaret when we moved back to Madrid and she was super efficient helping my husband get his residency,, accompanying him to the various meetings, she helped when we bought a property in Madrid, and with recovering a pension in Switzerland when I lacked so many papers. We worked with Margaret for buying a flat in Madrid and she was excellent. She clearly had full understanding of every legal detail of the process, and the contracts at each stage, and is also totally fluent in both English and Spanish, making the process much more transparent for anyone unfamiliar with the Spanish house-buying process. She was also very quick to respond to any of our queries and those we passed on from the seller, meaning we were never concerned about meeting some of the deadlines in the process. The notary they work with is also known well to them meaning communication with the notary was also very efficient.
