AGS helped manage our move from the US to Spain. We received exceptionally good service from our coordinator Sebastián Alvarado and all of our items arrived in good condition. We had a large amount of glassware and other fragile items and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend using AGS if you are planning a move to Spain.

Moving our household items from Canada to Spain was a huge undertaking, but AGS Global Solutions made the process a smooth one. The only minor hurdle was some initial scheduling back-and-forth, but their communication remained proactive throughout. Overall, a very reliable and professional service for anyone moving across the Atlantic!

They were very accommodating when we had to change the delivery date at short notice just before Christmas, and thank you to Sara Fernandez and Lila Kamsin for all their efforts. AGS has been nothing but helpful from the start till end of our relocation from Spain to France. We used their services for two removals, including shipping and storage for our personal effects and car. We are intending to book a third removal in the near future. We cannot thank them enough, especially Noelia, Sara, and Alfior. The delivery crew in both Spain and France were also very friendly and helpful. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from the video survey and quotation to payment and post-delivery customer service. Two of our chairs were accidentally shipped, but they were promptly returned despite the tight schedule during Christmas and New Year holidays. AGS was also happy to wait for our confirmation, ship from two different pick-up points, change schedules, and provide English translations of invoices and proof of payment receipt when we requested it. Overall, we are very pleased with the service from AGS and wish them all the best.

Amazing movers. We came from Canada. The Spanish portion was taken care off by AGS. Very much recommend them. This morning we had these lovely guys come to the house.
