Great service, Haydee Merino was very responsive and helped explain the process clearly, especially as we were moving to Spain and can't speak the local language (yet). The whole team including Mary Mirando in Singapore were really excellent. When there was a problem of any description, they worked as a team to get answers and resolve any minor points. The Singapore team were great, but we feel they need more training in packing. A TV was damaged and a bespoke Asian cabinet had sellotape applied directly onto the wood to hold packaging material in place. However, when you removed the packaging and sellotape, it caused the lacquer of the cabinet to be damaged. The Barcelona team that delivered and unpacked our goods were very professional. They immediately took photos and informed the management. Haydee was very caring in that she checked in via WhatsApp and assisted us with the claim process. My one negative comment would be that packaging needs to be more efficient. We opened many boxes that only had one or two items inside, with a lot of scrunched up paper to plump up the volume of the box. But on the whole Crown provided a very good service.
I recently made a move from Los Angeles, CA to Alicante, Spain. With a cross continent move such as this, there were no doubt challenges, but my experience with Crown Relocations has overall been very positive. I am particularly happy with my advisor, Haydee Merino, who has been very helpful throughout the process. I would like to commend her on her communications. She frequently provides updates and was always very responsive whenever I had a question. I will certainly recommend her to help with any big move.
