No tienen un agente comercial para visitas. Todo con video, o no te quieren atender. Impresentables. Los que hacen la mudanza son personas, no robots, que les duele la espalda y no les pagan lo que merecen , mientras cobran miles de euros por cada traslado. No respetan las personas mayores. Muy desconforme con la atención al cliente.

Una compañía de 10, una mudanza internacional en barco desde Madrid (España) hasta Las Toscas (Uruguay), no es algo superfluo, sobre todo cuando el volumen de enseres es importante, la atención personalizada de Christopher ha sido un plus, supo responder como el mejor ante un adelanto improvisado de varias semanas del servicio, y en menos de 3 días teníamos a un equipo embalando y desmontando la casa... El seguimiento en destino por parte de Viviana ha sido muy bueno, muy buenas explicaciones para agilizar la salida del contenedor desde origen y facilidades para las gestiones, un seguimiento muy detallado y puntual de Fabián ha bordado el servicio.<br>Si bien es cierto que en destino y durante las operaciones de desembalaje hubo algún contratiempo muy puntual, se ha solventado de 10 y dentro del volumen del servicio no podemos restar nada a la imagen que tenemos y queremos transmitir de la empresa.<br>Absolutamente recomendable.<br>Gracias por todo, esperamos no tener que volver a precisar de vuestros servicios (hemos cruzado el mundo para quedarnos), pero contáis con nuestra recomendación en nuestro entorno, de hecho ya hemos hecho 3.<br>Un saludo<br>Leles y Gabi

I could no be happier with the staff that helped me through the process and the people working on the packing and unpacking. No matter what the questions or how many, I was always treated with patience and consideration. The padkers were attentive to my concerns, and I was always kept informed about the shipping process. When I was ready to have it all brought to my new apartment, they arrived during the time stated. Everything arrived in good condition. There is no doubt that I would use them again. My thanks to all those involved.

Global se encargo de mi mudanza de Guadalajara (Mexico) a Zaragoza (España), todo transcurrió sin incidentes ni complicaciones.<br>El equipo de empaque en origen lo hicieron perfectamente y todo super bien protegido.<br>La gestión del transporte, la información la comunicación y la actualización referente al envío fue excelente.<br>EL equipo de desempaque en destino también fue más que apropiado, incluso descargando en domingo.<br>Sin duda, repetiría con ellos y los recomendaría a cualquier persona.
