The Moving Company was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. They picked up boxes we needed stored temporarily and kept them until we had our new apt. Their customer service was the best I have ever experienced, no AI just responsive friendly intelligent handling of all calls and questions! I literally couldnt believe how helpful they were! In addition tjeir reminders and traffic updates (eg we'll be at your house in 10 minutes) were well done and super helpful. A full five star experience.

The Moving Company has been outstanding. As an international student, I needed to store my belongings over the summer and have them delivered to a new address when I returned in September. The whole process was seamless: they clearly explained every step by text, collected my things in under ten minutes, confirmed receipt right away, and later delivered everything just as quickly on my return. On top of their efficiency, the team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will definitely use their services again in the future!
