BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THEIR CAMERAS. I purchased a video surveillance system for my business from Seguridad TV. After a robbery, the recorder contained the footage that the police are requesting as evidence. I took the recorder to the store so that, as salespeople and professionals in the field, they could inspect the equipment and extract or recover the recordings. The device remained in their possession for over five months without them contacting me or informing me of its status. I had to call them, and after insisting, their response was that "no files appear" and that they cannot offer any solution, without performing specialized data recovery or issuing a written technical report justifying this inability. I consider the technicians of Seguridad TV to be terrible and unprofessional for a company dedicated to security and video surveillance: • Holding onto equipment for months • Failing to communicate with the client • Lacking specialized software • Failing to assume technical responsibility • Failing to provide solutions or documentation when a crime has been committed. My experience with Seguridad TV has been the worst: lack of professionalism, poor service, and zero commitment. I do not recommend them. The police are requesting their services, but they don't care.
I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. I requested a quote for 3 security cameras for the building. They sent me a quote for all 3 cameras, including installation, without seeing anything (location, what it's for, etc.). Then I called to say that they needed to send a technician to advise me on where to install them. They scheduled an appointment for Friday at 3:30 PM. On Friday, the technician called to ask if I thought about coming on Monday! I said, "Excuse me!" I called the company explaining everything... the response... "We can't do anything... The technician works until 6:00 PM and we can't do anything..." Conclusion!?
They always provide solutions and adapt to your needs. They're also incredibly friendly and always answer the phone. And their products are top quality.
