Highly recommended. If you're going to install solar panels, at least ask them for a quote and compare the price-quality ratio of the materials. Their service and installation are second to none. They offer professional advice to give you the best solution, and their own installers are incredibly friendly and professional—no subcontractors. They make sure everything is done correctly: sealed, waterproofed, and secure. I'm very happy with my installation, which is working perfectly.
We had 17 solar panels, 2 batteries, and an inverter installed by Xolary and are very pleased with the results. We are very happy we chose to go with Xolary for the work. The quality of the installation is very high and the support from the office is excellent. They take the time to explain everything to us and are quick to reply when we have questions. I would highly recommend the company.
The regular advice (at first I thought it was good) and the installers were impeccable (aesthetically very well hidden). The problem arose with the chimney shadows (I was without production for two hours). The solution was to pay almost €1000 more. At the first appointment for installation, they used the wrong materials and made me lose a day of my vacation (to compensate, they connected the V2C charger to the inverter). At the second appointment, it was raining, so it couldn't be done, causing another delay. Finally, after almost two months of prepaying, they installed them. Initially, the production was good, but the problem is that the app no longer reads as well as before, and the charger's connection to the inverter keeps getting messed up. The solution was another €150 payment. I find this outrageous and unprofessional.
Excellent advice and information, available at any time. The installers were very professional, answering all our questions, and in the two weeks we've been using them, we find them very easy to use and are extremely happy. Our office contacts were very helpful and responded quickly. We highly recommend them.
