I am currently undergoing an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for international recognition, and I need Structuralia to send my official academic documents directly to the evaluating body, which is a standard requirement worldwide. Despite multiple formal requests over several weeks, Structuralia has continuously delayed, avoided responsibility, and shown little willingness to assist, even though all required documentation was already provided and no additional work was needed beyond sending the documents from an official institutional email. This process should be routine for any legitimate academic institution. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, lack of accountability, and unnecessary delays that have directly stalled a time-sensitive international process. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Structuralia. The program is marketed as a master’s degree, yet when official international verification is required, the institution appears unprepared or unwilling to support its graduates. This raises serious concerns about the practical recognition and administrative backing of the qualification, including outside and even within Spain. Prospective students should understand that earning the degree is only part of the process. Institutional support after graduation matters, and in my case, it has been severely lacking.

Terrible support, no live forums or classes, and no tutor to help with your masters. The entire course is just reading material and doing 10 multiple choice questions at the end. There are multiple spelling mistakes and the videos are all dubbed.

I earned a Master of Science in Quality, Environment, and Safety in construction settings at Structuralia, and I have no regrets regarding my decision to choose this institution or to recommend it to others for their studies. I truly value my education at this establishment. My time at this online institution has been a beneficial journey that significantly enhances my academic experience. It has provided me with the opportunity to engage with motivating course materials, receive support from experienced instructors, and collaborate with fellow students in a virtual environment. This encouraging atmosphere promotes motivation, nurtures active involvement, and ultimately results in a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Furthermore, the flexibility this online learning offers allows me to balance my studies with personal and professional commitments, leading to a thoroughly fulfilling educational experience.

I'm currently enrolled in the graduate program at Structuralia/University of Isabel I and find it to be an invaluable learning experience. The depth and quality of information provided are impressive, enhancing my knowledge significantly. The accessibility of tutors and support staff, who are just a message or email away, is highly appreciated. They even make the effort to call students to understand and assist with any challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating their commitment to student success. Although the program's primary language is Spanish, I've viewed this as an opportunity to improve my Spanish skills rather than a barrier. Translation services are available for every module, and the tutors possess adequate English proficiency to ensure clear communication. I'm excited to continue my journey in this program and eagerly anticipate graduating with my MBA.

The institution is very supportive and the program is an excellent one. It has a combination of video, documentation, interactive presentations and practical situations. It is also convenient for working professionals to develop themselves while continuing to work in their fields, and therefore are able in many cases to apply lessons learnt directly into the field of practice.
