Excellent service and attention to detail. Their efficient response and service delivery have been unbeatable. I've used them twice, and their quick response and excellent work have kept me coming back. 100% recommended.
They are indeed quick to give quotes and do the work, but beware: if you send them photos of the tree they have to cut down, showing them in detail the problems it presents, they reply saying it's too big and give you a quote. You send them a deposit of half the quote, and then on the day they arrive to remove it, they raise the price by 150 euros because they say it's a complicated tree, when in reality they already knew the details of the problem. Very little responsibility on their part, so make sure you get a good price because there are tons of others for the price they quote, and the infuriating thing is that I had cheaper quotes.
