Serious and highly professional, and the result has been magnificent. A feeling of control and security at all times and excellent service. We are very happy to have been able to work with Jorge and his team.
Excellent service. They pruned a giant cedar and felled several pine trees at risk of falling in a very professional and safe manner. Their experience was evident from the start: well-planned work, careful attention to the environment, and adherence to all safety measures. They were very friendly, approachable, and clear, explaining each step, and the price was very reasonable for the complexity of the job. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for a great job!
It might not be the cheapest, but the price difference is more than compensated for by their level of expertise, equipment, diligence, and helpfulness. The friendliness with which they do their work is also a plus.
I'm very happy with the course I took through Arbórea. The instructors were very attentive, qualified, and eager to teach their students. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn about this trade. Perhaps adding another day to the course would be a good idea, as you learn quite quickly, and on the last day you're left wanting to come back the next day to practice what you've learned a bit more. Even so, I want to reiterate that after this course you have all the basic knowledge to start doing this work safely. Many thanks to Arbórea for the excellent service.
I took the 3 day course "Poda y Tala en Altura" (pruning and felling at height). It is a solid course to kickstart getting in to the field of work, or as well as an additional skill for those already acquainted with gardening work. It has a good balance of theoretical and practical lessons and tying those together. There has also been given plenty of resources for studying individually beyond the days of the course. The instructors are patient and very helpful! I have been getting quick, personal and elaborate responses any time from (considerations on) booking the course, preparations to- and during the course, as well as afterwards. Moreover they would recap to me in English whenever I needed, enabling me to fully follow along! I'm very happy to have done this course!
