I want to share my experience with Ibarra Ventanas S.L., specifically with the store at 39 Blasco de Garay Street. My first contact was with the sales representative, Fernando, who provided professional and detailed service, helping me find the perfect fit for my needs. The balcony windows I ultimately chose, thanks to his advice, are of excellent quality and perfectly match my requirements. Communication with the billing and installation staff, both Cristina and Yinet, was friendly, proactive, and efficient. Furthermore, the installation team was punctual, competent, and respectful of my space. When they finished their work, the only evidence of their presence in my home was the perfectly installed windows, as they collected all the materials and cleaned up any mess they made. If you want a successful, high-quality job, I wholeheartedly recommend this team of professionals. Many thanks to the entire Ibarra team.

We were happy with the service we received from the sales team. The windows are good quality, and while the wait times are long, they explain this to you, which is to be expected. My negative review is due to the finishing work. They sent someone to provide an estimate. Afterward, they told us they had to add some finishing plates and we had to pay an extra €170. It's true that the contract states that anything extra will have to be paid for, but I honestly don't understand why, if someone had already provided an estimate, the difference is so significant. And the worst part is how they left the exterior. They ripped out the double-glazed window and didn't finish it at all. We complained, and apparently, that's how it's left, and if we want it fixed, they give us a separate estimate. Honestly, when you hire someone for a job, you expect it to be finished. The correct thing to do would be to notify you beforehand or include this finishing work in the estimate. In my opinion, this shows a lack of professionalism, and we wouldn't recommend this place.
