We are very happy with this company. We hired them to replace several windows in our house and it has been fantastic: we can barely hear any outside noise, there's a huge difference in temperature, and the insulation is excellent. I must also mention how friendly the workers were.

It's a pleasure dealing with people like "Tu Ventana" (Your Window). I needed to replace old windows and blinds in a house undergoing a modern renovation that included good insulation. It's also a ground-floor apartment in a very noisy area. I was looking for "premium" thermal and acoustic insulation, but without going overboard. I asked for quotes and alternatives at two other establishments that I won't mention. The people who advised me in both cases tried to sell me things that, in some cases, didn't make much sense. Some of the advice they gave me made me doubt myself. I'm an engineer, so I quickly searched and found all the information I needed. I know how to do the calculations. And I decided to ask around a few more places. So I requested a third quote from "Tu Ventana," and Eduardo (also an engineer, by the way) proposed and perfectly explained what he thought would be best for me. And this time, he was 95% in agreement with my assessment of what I needed. High-end windows, but without unnecessary extras. In the remaining 5%, he clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages and immediately convinced me to go a couple of steps further than I had considered. That's what I value most: an expert working for me, for the client. Afterward, he prepared a quote that turned out to be (slightly) cheaper than the other two from the competition, despite including higher-end materials and all the reasonable insulation upgrades. When installing seven large windows in non-standard colors, connected with some older home automation systems, and in an occupied house, it's normal for minor problems, unforeseen issues, and delays to arise. But the solutions were always reasonable, the right decisions were made, and in the end, everything turned out perfectly. Furthermore, the minor deviations from the initial plan (they weren't major, but there were several) weren't considered significant enough to warrant a budget increase. Another point in his favor. In short, I can't recommend him enough.

Very happy with TuVentana. It's great to find places that still work with seriousness and professionalism. I had them replace all the windows and doors in my house. From day one, they inspired confidence and delivered on everything they promised. Special mention for Eduardo, the manager. His service was outstanding: friendly, clear, and always attentive to ensure everything was perfect. He even came to my house to adjust some windows two years after installing them, without charging me a penny. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and does it well.

In two days, they installed all the windows in my house, including the terrace enclosure. Now, with these windows, I can't feel the cold or the street noise. Unbeatable quality, everything superbly insulated. Very serious and professional people. I'm delighted with them; everything was perfect. The installers and Eduardo were super nice. I couldn't have been happier with them. 😃

I recently had two doors and a window installed, and from the first day I spoke with them, their seriousness and professionalism were what impressed me most. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and price. Later, I met the installers, true professionals, and their personal service was exceptional. They even swept up any debris that might have fallen in the entryway. They know they'll be back soon for the second phase... :-) The second phase arrived: three windows and two mosquito nets, one for a window and one for a double door. As always, perfect, a 10 out of 10. The professionalism and staff were excellent. They leave everything spotless, masking off all the mess to minimize spills and taking care not to damage anything. But above all, the installation and subsequent operation are flawless. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants quality and excellent service at the best price, in addition to the Kömmerling quality you expect.
