I can't give it less than one star because I can't. Despite the reviews, I wanted to see for myself, but what they say is true: not recommended at all. After they take your money, the problem persists in my washing machine. They replace the part just to try it, charge you, and assure you it will work, then they leave. You call them again because the problem is still there, and then they tell you it can't be fixed. You're left without your money and without a washing machine. Ugh. Don't trust them and be careful, don't call. They're a scam, 100% confirmed.

One star is too much for such irresponsible and unprofessional service. The service I received from these people was characterized by questionable clarity and honesty. I believe it's irresponsible to guarantee an appointment for a refrigerator-freezer repair and then not only fail to show up but also, at the very least, notify me of their absence. When I contacted two people, the supposed technician shirked responsibility and transferred me to the work manager, who, naturally, passed the job on to the expert. My impression is that the staff is informal, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Keep in mind that with the oppressive heat in Seville these past few months, I desperately needed my refrigerator repaired. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

We hired this company to repair our washing machine. They took the part they claimed was faulty and, despite our repeated inquiries, didn't follow up. After a month and a half without any news, we bought the part ourselves; it was very easy and arrived in two days. We asked them to at least install it, and they promised to come, but we're still waiting. We found another technician, and it turns out the problem was something else entirely, not the part they took. It was a terrible experience. You can imagine being without a washing machine for so long and the lack of support. We're very dissatisfied.

Unprofessional and completely unacceptable. One of their technicians called me in the morning to come in the afternoon. He asked what time I could come, and I said around five. "Could it be at three?" he asked. I said yes, but he insisted he could come at any time. He wouldn't commit to any specific time, so I was left waiting all afternoon. When it got late, I called him several times... nothing, he didn't answer. So here I am, still waiting. He didn't even have the decency to call and tell me he wasn't coming. I'm not giving them negative stars because that's not allowed.
