They have no idea what they're doing; they try to do whatever costs the least. They've come three times already, trying to fix it in surprising ways. It turns out the problem was that the drainpipe had come loose and was leaking into the downstairs neighbor's apartment. But because they didn't want to lift the shower tray, they finally had to do it the way I told them from the start: lift the shower tray and replace the pipe. Easy and simple, but they refused.
They solved several problems that other professionals couldn't even identify the cause of. Thanks to them, we were able to understand the root of our problems and find solutions. They solved everything perfectly—super professional, fast, and very friendly. I can't recommend them enough! We're thrilled :)
