Acorasur Armoured Doors

It wasn't properly adjusted. The first turn of the key didn't remove all the bolts, and when they came to inspect it, they said it's normal for only one anchor point to fit in with one turn instead of all three due to the weight of the door or the adjustment. I don't see it as normal for a quality door to not close properly after the first turn. Then, sometimes the door turns idly when you close it without engaging the lock. They also broke the wall when installing it and then applied putty that left cracks and required painting the entire thing due to the color difference. **Edited below:** Reply: I've already been informed that the key turns were explained, but regarding the anchors, it's not that the top anchor comes out slightly less on the first turn, it's that it doesn't come out even 2 millimeters. I'm attaching a photo of the top anchors with the first turn.

I forgot to edit the review. I had already contacted the owner and they resolved most of the issues. My new rating is 2 stars because, although the owner tried to resolve everything, the staff who came to my home were not attentive to detail and did not work professionally. A door cannot be installed the way they did, as you can see in the photos I uploaded.
