A complete disappointment. Zero professionalism from both the owner and the manager. After months and months of waiting, having already paid part of the price for the built-in wardrobes and doors, the measurements of one of the wardrobes were wrong, the layout and color of the doors were also incorrect, the edges were different colors than the ones the managers had seen, and they installed broken pieces of wood. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no professionalism and don't know how to deal with customers.
Bad experience. After two years of waiting for them to come to my house to fix the problems, I'm still waiting. They've given me every excuse imaginable. Every time I've called, they've given me a different excuse. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer.
Bad experience. Two weeks after ordering three simple boards, they still hadn't responded, so I decided to order from another company. When I informed them I was no longer interested, they replied sarcastically. A complete disappointment. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less!
Good, friendly professionals, good cutting machines, good materials. And if you want to make your own furniture or order one, this is the best place.
