Fernando, the owner, is a complete crook. He only gives estimates, not invoices, to avoid paying VAT. He installed a wardrobe at my mother's house, and the poor woman has been waiting a year and a half for him to fix what he did wrong from the start. Then you go to complain, and he yells at the customers and insults them. Let's see if he yells at them the same way when the tax authorities come to ask for explanations about his scams.
