I had an emergency at my house with the electrical panel and we lost power. I called them and they came quickly. They seemed professional, punctual, well-equipped, and they fixed it. Excellent service.
I absolutely do not recommend them. I understand they want to charge for travel for same-day or next-day emergencies, but when you suggest the following week at a time that doesn't conflict with the emergency, but rather a mutually agreeable time for the electrician to be available, they still charge you for travel. Seeing the other reviews, I thought I could trust their professionalism and so on, but they include some pretty abusive clauses. That's just my humble opinion.
