Good morning, My experience with Hispaparquet has been disappointing. They installed vinyl flooring in the bathroom. The transition between the floor and the wall, as well as the baseboards, was incorrect, as they used pieces of the flooring. In a hidden area of ​​the sink, they didn't even install these pieces. After reporting the issue, they told us they were waiting to receive the missing pieces. We also have a problem with the installed baseboards in the kitchen. This was in June 2025. Summer ended, and we still haven't received a solution. We have written and called several times, without receiving a response. The work was paid for in full; perhaps this is why they are not responding. I do not recommend hiring Hispaparquet.

My experience with the flooring installation by this company has been very disappointing. During the installation, my television was damaged, and when I reported it, I received no solution whatsoever, nor any willingness to take responsibility. Furthermore, the authorized representative who handled my complaint displayed an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, questioning my version of events. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

We couldn't be more satisfied with this company. The service we received was outstanding, and everything was made easy from the very beginning, right up to and including installation. 100% recommended.

I'm absolutely delighted. They installed my front door and it looks perfect. I'm especially happy with Alberto, the owner, who was attentive throughout the entire process and gave me excellent advice with great patience. I recommend them 100%.
