I'm not one to give bad reviews, but I asked him to weld an axle and paid him a very reasonable amount upfront: 5 euros, what he asked. I go, pick up the axle and wheel, and see scale on the weld. Well, it's cheap. I look at the axle; it's as bad as the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I'm embarrassed not to come back. Thanks, sorry, I'll take small jobs to your shop...
They have very little customer service and offer few solutions to the problems you raise. They ignore you when you explain the project via WhatsApp, even though they themselves ask you to contact them that way. It seems like you have to be constantly chasing them. Their online customer service is terrible.
