The club currently advertises 21 days training for free, so I booked an appointment through their system and arrived on time. I even got automated reminder messages. But the guy had no record of this, he just let me train for free. At the end I asked if I need a card or something to get the rest of the trial and he said I have to sit down with someone in the sales team first and I'd have to wait 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no-one came. Then I had to go to work. What is the point of booking an appointment if no-one comes to speak with you at the time? And why offer 21 days for free if you have to endure the sales pitch at your first session? I joined another gym the next day... Synergym was better and more modern and spacious anyway. But I still get automated messages from this gym, telling me to go there asap because they didn't bother to register my trial. Seems like a scam.
Super friendly coaches that help you with anything. The equipment is clean and in neat condition. You get all what you want from a gym. Shoutout to Antonio José he’s the best coach I’ve ever seen 👊🏻
One of the best gyms for anyone visiting or studying in Sevilla and trying to keep fit! The gym itself has everything you need as well as having a modern look/feel, if definitely recommend this to everyone. Don’t be afraid if your Spanish isn’t very good, the staff are really helpful and are also able to converse with you.
