Was able to get a day pass for €10. Arrived at around 16:00 on a Monday and the place was not too busy. Dumbbells go up to 50kg. Machines were decent.

Old school gym for sure. Read the reviews about no AC and old equipment blah blah blah. I’ve been at it for over 45 years (60 yrs old). Gym was friggin awesome. I crushed back, shoulders and traps. Arrived at opening 6:45 so not hot yet (mid September). Fans blowing. Gym temp was very comfortable. Practically empty. Tons of selectorized and plate-loaded machines, barbells, dumbbells, squat/power racks and one Smith press which was smooth as silk. Yeah, so no Life-Fitness or Hammer Strength machines but if you can’t get an awesome workout here then don’t train at all until you can get back home to your Planet Fitness. For an old school bodybuilder desperate for a full body blast while traveling then this is your home. And all for 10 euros for the day.

Cheap and effective gym in central Seville. Great little gym if you’re looking for an old school no thrills place. Staff and locals are super friendly, great buzz to the place and I do train there when I’m in Seville. The equipment is hit and miss, you have some great stuff but also some dodgy bits and pieces. You have a squat rack but the bar is bent so squatting feels unstable and the bar spins in your hands when overhead pressing. However they do have a smith machine so gives you an alternative. The gym can get very busy at peak times and you will be waiting for kit. But to be honest that’s usually the best time to go, a great vibe in the gym, locals will happily share kit and work in with you. The gym also has great staff who actually train themselves and give GOOD advice. The gym isn’t the best gym I’ve been to, but it has so much character. They have body building playing on the TV, people training hard and just brilliant vibe to the place. Worth a trip if you want to work out in central Seville.

This gym's day pass is great value for money at 8.9 euro/day. I go to this gym because it's never crowded, there's redundant equipment so you never have to wait, and there's a steam room. In addition to the weight room, there's a studio for fitness classes and a decent cardio room.

Good exercising facility with wide variety of equipments. Downside is some broken equipment and some are outdated.
