It's a disgrace. They tell you they'll give you a quote and then ignore you for 20 calls. You call another number and they tell you they're swamped.

There are so many things I have to mention in this review that I don't even know where to begin. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday of the week, and half an hour before, they called to reschedule it for the following day, Thursday. On Thursday, they called me again 15 minutes before to say their car had broken down and rescheduled the appointment for Saturday. On Saturday, finally, two weeks after the machine arrived at my house, the technician, upon arrival, expressed displeasure at my being on the third floor without an elevator (something I wasn't asked when scheduling the appointment), even questioning whether the installation should be done at all, making me feel uncomfortable. It's obvious that if I've hired a service, which isn't exactly cheap, it's so that the installation will be carried out. After the installation, the technician told me the machine wasn't working and that I had to process the warranty claim. Of course, how could it work? They connected the cables incorrectly, something I was able to fix when another installation company came to resolve the problem, which, according to this company, was a fairly basic error—an error that could have destroyed the machine internally. Continuing with the problems, they installed the machine without advising me on a better location, preventing me from keeping my curtains where they were. Furthermore, they neither installed gutters nor used foam to seal the 5 cm hole they had made, through which insects and water can easily get in. In short, if the weather and temperature conditions don't allow for a proper job, simply don't accept it.

From the initial customer service when we contacted them for a quote and to contract their services, to the work of the technicians, everything was excellent during the installation of two air conditioners in our home. They were punctual, friendly, and most importantly, the work and subsequent cleanup were flawless. We will definitely recommend this company and their services and will keep them in mind for future projects we undertake in our home.
