We had our home renovated by Kociban. We were very nervous because it was a lot of money, our first home renovation project, and a complete overhaul. Everyone we knew had given us the rundowns about unreliable contractors and the problems they cause. From the very beginning, Sergio treated us wonderfully. He was professional above all else, which is what we liked most and what made us choose him. He answered our questions instantly, responded to our WhatsApp messages at all times, and was very patient and pleasant. His business acumen is evident and appreciated, without him being a salesman. The renovation turned out beautifully. As with any project, I imagine there were delays, mistakes, things to improve, etc., but Sergio helped us every step of the way to ensure everything was to our liking and to resolve any issues that arose without any stress or problems. He's a classy negotiator and truly cares about his clients. The professionals who work with them are polite and friendly, and if they notice something that can be improved, they fix it without hesitation. If they don't notice something, they correct it afterward. Obviously, nobody's perfect, and you have to pay close attention to everything, and things will inevitably slip through the cracks, but I can assure you that the experience with Kociban has been outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation. And I would use them again if I had to do any more construction work. They aren't the cheapest, but it was definitely worth every penny for the peace of mind of knowing we were dealing with a reputable company. And once the work was finished and compared to other projects our friends have done... I can say that ours is very good.

It was just a shower tray and some tiles replaced, but both the service in the store and the work of the employees were excellent. Highly recommended. We recently had work done by another company, and there's really no comparison. As I said, thank you for everything, and we'll see you again.

I have had my apartment completely renovated by Kociban. I have to say they have exceeded!!! my expectations and done a great job!!!. It had taken 3 months to complete in total, they were very organised. They were professional responsive and very supportive during the process. Sergio went far and above to provide good customer service. He made the process easier to the point I would do it again tomorrow if I were in the property development business!
