I visited a property they were managing, which ultimately wasn't quite right for us, but I appreciated the service and the financial analysis. We found a property being sold privately and contacted David to handle the entire process for us. He was attentive every step of the way, offering excellent service and management, answering all our questions, and connecting us with the bank and notary. We're very happy with everything, as we don't have the time for all these procedures, and David and Hipotek took care of everything for us. Highly recommended.
