I went to their office this week to file a claim for my wife, and they treated me wonderfully; the gentleman was very pleasant. 👍

I got married there, we had our prenuptial agreement finalized, and they recently certified my birth certificate. Excellent service and quick processing.

Good service and professionalism. I didn't think it was a good idea that they wouldn't accept payments for €500 bills when the bill was €490. They couldn't justify the change.

Well, a negative experience: they make you wait a long time before attending to you, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD A PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT. They want to charge you 20 or 30 euros more for a will than other notaries. /I've done my research this morning. The woman who attends to you lies blatantly, telling you that the law has changed and that their price has increased by the amount I mentioned in the previous paragraph. (Just like the price of olive oil... this notary's office has little to no prestige for being located in the historic center of Seville): LLEDÓ Y CEDA. The women who work there have absolutely NO EMPATHY TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS: THEY COULDN'T BE MORE SERIOUS AND RUDE. They are money-grubbers, and with this way of operating, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE go to this notary's office on Tetuán Street in the center of Seville. They only answer the phone when they feel like it. As a retired teacher, I give them a score of one out of five.

The after-sales service was appalling. They made me come all the way from abroad to personally collect PDF copies of my deeds, even though nowadays all notaries provide both paper and PDF copies. They wouldn't accept any electronic documents proving my ownership. I'm amazed at how outdated they are and how they mistreat customers by doing this. To top it all off, I arrived to find them closed. They hadn't given me any notice, hadn't updated their hours on Google, and hadn't even informed me when I called on Monday. They must have decided to close during a weekday morning because of the town fair. Two other women had the same experience; they had to go up to a third/fourth floor (there's no elevator because it was marked as closed) only to find the door locked.
