A very good notary office; they're fast, located in a good area, and the office itself is very elegant. Monserrat assisted me very kindly. The only downside is the parking for those of us without a designated space. I would have liked to see a phone charger, a screen for entertainment, and a coffee machine for clients. Just thought I'd mention it :)

Because I can't pay less... those people in the office... they left me waiting for half an hour without saying a word... thank goodness I was going to pay for a sale... and when I left, I said goodbye and they didn't even answer me... Zero respect... and a complete lack of respect

I called about paperwork and the phone service left much to be desired. The lady who answered the phone was rude and gave unpleasant replies when I spoke to her politely. I believe one should speak professionally and respectfully, without being presumptuous or gossiping about what others think without asking their opinion. In short, no one should go to that notary's office with that kind of behavior.

I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a prenuptial agreement, and they told me to call back the following week, as that was when they started scheduling appointments for that purpose. I called again the following week, and the person who answered either couldn't or didn't give me an appointment during the call. They took my information and phone number, saying they would call me back shortly to schedule the appointment, and I'm still waiting. I'll definitely try another notary.
