One of the few reputable companies of this type you'll find in Seville. It's that simple. They all promise a lot to get you to manage your apartment, and then they disappear. I've been with Vacacional Sevilla for over a year and I'm very happy.
We're from the Basque Country and have been working with Vacacional Sevilla for two years to manage a small apartment for us in Triana. They are reliable and dependable. Above all, they always answer the phone and come to the apartment in case of any emergency. So far, we're very happy.
They rent out an apartment I own on Calle Feria (Seville). They treat both me and their clients excellently. Every problem that has arisen has been handled impeccably and efficiently.
Top rating! I contacted them because I needed a place to stay for the two nights of my trip to Seville, and I can only say it was the perfect choice. Fantastic apartment: spotless, thoughtful touches, cozy...
The worst company I've ever met. People who work elsewhere and in other professions. They're not professional. They don't honor their contracts. They don't know how to manage. They don't take into account city events when setting special prices. The cleaning company they work with is terrible. I rented the apartment for very few days. I changed companies, and surprisingly, they were fully booked until August. They always have a "if" and "why" and never take responsibility for their responsibilities. They're not professionals in the sector. I thought it was because of COVID... but the same month I changed companies, they filled my apartment.
