Very disappointing experience with Engel & Völkers Sevilla.<br><br>I first contacted the agency regarding a property in Ayamonte on 18 April 2026 through the Idealista advertisement. Despite several follow-ups, I received no response for weeks.<br><br>I later submitted an offer through the Engel & Völkers website and again received no acknowledgement. The only contact I initially received came from the finance department regarding a possible mortgage, even though I was a cash buyer.<br><br>After multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, I was finally informed that there had been technical issues and that my enquiries had apparently not reached the advisor. Unfortunately, by the time communication was finally established and a visit was being discussed, I was informed that the property had already been sold to another buyer.<br><br>What disappoints me is not that the property was sold, but that after nearly two months of trying to arrange a viewing and express my interest, I never had the opportunity to visit the property or formally present my offer to the seller.<br><br>For a brand positioned in the premium real estate market, I expected a much higher level of communication, responsiveness and client follow-up.<br><br>Very disappointing customer experience
