Very disappointing experience with Engel & Völkers Sevilla. I first contacted the agency regarding a property in Ayamonte on 18 April 2026 through the Idealista advertisement. Despite several follow-ups, I received no response for weeks. I later submitted an offer through the Engel & Völkers website and again received no acknowledgement. The only contact I initially received came from the finance department regarding a possible mortgage, even though I was a cash buyer. After multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, I was finally informed that there had been technical issues and that my enquiries had apparently not reached the advisor. Unfortunately, by the time communication was finally established and a visit was being discussed, I was informed that the property had already been sold to another buyer. What disappoints me is not that the property was sold, but that after nearly two months of trying to arrange a viewing and express my interest, I never had the opportunity to visit the property or formally present my offer to the seller. For a brand positioned in the premium real estate market, I expected a much higher level of communication, responsiveness and client follow-up. Very disappointing customer experience
