Leaving my comment in English to help foreigners in Seville to avoid problems when dealing with real estate agencies. Long story short; the owner of Ezeda Inmobiliaria, Juan José, was selling one of his private properties which we, after a visit to the property, communicated to him to buy. Strangely enough, he stopped replying to us when all was set to move forwards, not answering our calls or messages. It all seemed very absurd. In order to see if the deal was still on I called the agency on head number since the owner never picked up our calls on his mobile. When finally reaching the owner, he said he would give a reply within a few days – nearly a week passed and nothing. When calling again, using same method since he intentionally never picked up our call on mobile, he said he had removed the add and would call us within 10 days. No communication from Juan José. I have never seen a buyer having to run after a seller, much less a real estate agent. I would never recommend doing business with this unprofessional agency, and individual. Too bad you can't give 0 stars!
