My experience has been mixed. The first part, the sale, wasn't bad at all, although I had a serious problem they didn't know how to handle, and I felt abandoned. Everything turned out alright. It was complicated, and both J.C. and, especially for me, E., were always supportive. My surprise came when the next team, the finance team, took over the operation. They asked for more than the amount I had deposited, which was supposed to be sufficient and almost guaranteed a refund. J.R. assured me there would be more than enough... Then it was B.G.'s turn from Credi 2000, and she couldn't explain any of my questions. I'm still waiting for documentation she was supposed to send me, which she herself told me wasn't necessary for the process I had to carry out. Well, B.G. was wrong; they asked for it. I'm not involved in the buying and selling world, and I trusted "one of the best real estate agencies in Seville"—that's what they told me—and they really let me down. The team was very unbalanced; some were incredibly attentive, while others—and this was the most important thing for me—were only there to get paid, and to get paid handsomely, very handsomely. I live in Madrid, but I'll go to Seville as often as they recommend. Best regards.

If I could give Jose Gamero 6 stars I would. We recently purchased an apartment in Sevilla and, although we live in California, Jose made what could have been a very difficult process relatively easy. His office did a lot of the foot work for us: dealing with the government paperwork, having a lawyer onsite to review the contracts, helping with money transfer at the best rates, arranging insurance coverage etc. which was tremendously helpful. Joaquina, our agent, showed us a lot of places in a short period of time, had limited English, but more than made up for it with her fund of knowledge and experience in the Sevilla real estate market. We always had a translator available when needed. Jose Gamero, the head of the company speaks excellent English and really held our hand through most of the process. My 6 star rating for Sevilla 2000 has to do with a rain leak problem we had after we purchased the apartment. Jose not only dealt with the problem, but contacted our insurance and arranged repairs while we were in San Francisco! They can also help with vacation rental arrangements. If you are looking for an honest, accessible, English speaking real estate company - this is it.
