Just wanted to let you know, in case anyone's interested, that I decided to put my apartment up for sale near a Sevilla 2000 real estate agency. I saw it had great reviews, so I didn't hesitate to call. Carmen Del Pozo answered (I didn't know her at all), and within ten minutes she was at the apartment talking to me. She seemed like a real professional, so, since I thought the commission they charged was only on successful sale was fair, I signed a contract. She gave me a few tips to make the sale easier, which I followed to the letter. Two weeks after posting the ad, the apartment was sold. What more could you ask for?
