Every question was answered, every step explained. I ended up signing with confidence, and for me, that's everything. They also handled the mortgage I needed and all the paperwork for tax payments and changing the electricity and water services. Everything was perfect. Thank you.
I've had two experiences with Sevilla 2000 Real Estate. The first was buying an apartment about 10 years ago, and my experience was quite positive. The second was this November when I rented the same apartment, and I was delighted with both the information and the friendliness of the two people who helped me: María on Miguel de Unamuno Street and Marina on Avenida de la Ciencia.
En algunas empresas inmobiliarias existen buenos profesionales, en Sevilla 2000, existen además de profesionales personas con gran calidad humana,muy pendiente de tus necesidades como usuario, y con una calidad humana enorme. Es el caso de María, atenta no solo de lunes a viernes con su trabajo y con tus intereses, ella lo extiende si es necesario a cualquier día y hora de la semana. La he tratado como ella me ha tratado, como alguien de mi familia. Mis elogios no son vanos, están muy ricos de situaciones y acciones. Muchísimas gracias María por toda tu labor, un enorme abrazo.
And I can't give them fewer stars, because otherwise I'd give them -100,000,000... When they show you the apartments, they tell you things and lie to you as they please, and on top of that, they're incredibly rude. We feel ripped off! I absolutely do NOT recommend this real estate agency located on Paseo Miguel Unamuno, in the Seville East area, to anyone. They are terrible, pathetic, and utterly unprofessional, with no manners whatsoever.
