Initially, my experience wasn't positive due to the real estate agent who assisted me and who no longer works with them (Elena Reig). Her manner and approach were inappropriate; she was domineering and very unpleasant, failing to provide me with the information I needed. In fact, from the very first visit, she didn't show us the property properly (I decided to buy it because I had been interested in that area for some time). I spoke with the coordinator, and they quickly reassigned me to a different agent. Fortunately, with the new agent, Esperanza, I received much better service. She was pleasant, trying to reassure me and showing genuine interest in resolving the issues that arose. I appreciate Esperanza's assistance with my first purchase, as well as Antonio's advice.
They tried to scam me. They demanded €1,000 to process the tourist registration at the property registry, which only costs €32. The property was purchased and paid for jointly with my ex-wife and is registered solely in her name. They threatened to sell it with only her signature if I didn't hand over my Booking.com and Airbnb login credentials, despite a court order granting me ownership and a division of marital assets. They refused to give me a complaint form, even though the sales agreement was signed by both my ex-wife and me. The treatment was degrading, abusive, and extremely unpleasant. I would rather sell the property independently than deal with these kinds of people.
